Products
The time when photographers had to leash their cameras to an outdated GPS receiver that still offered a serial cable, which then had to be daisychained to the clumsy and bulky MC-35 (which is hardly available anymore) is finally over. I have created two products each of which makes the MC-35 obsolete.
Wired GPS
The first is a modified Holux GR-236, which undoubtedly is one of the best GPS receivers currently on the market. It comes with a short cable, featuring a plug that fits the Nikon 10-pin socket and modified firmware to make the Holux compatible with Nikon cameras. Find out more about this wired GPS here.
Unleashed
The evolution of the wired GPS was to go completely wireless. "Unleashed" is a tiny, 2x2cm module sitting directly on the 10-pin socket of Nikon cameras, which receives GPS data from almost any modern GPS receiver via a wireless bluetooth connection. It comes without the actual bluetooth receiver, which most customers will probably already have for navigation systems on their PDA or similar appliances. Details here.
