Re: Focus Bracketing on Canon R6 Mk II?

First of all, sorry for the late reply. It's been a very busy month, but I'm doing my best to catch up with everyone before the Christmas break! We made a change in a recent firmware update (3.1.4) that should improve bracketing for almost all cameras. Could you try if you're still experiencing the ...

Re: Holy Grail is not working with Fuji XT5

First of all, sorry for the late reply. It's been a very busy month, but I'm doing my best to catch up with everyone before the Christmas break! I'm not sure if we continued this conversation via email, so I won't go into detail. But we fixed all known issues for Fuji with Firmware 3.1.4 about a wee...

Re: Fuji X-T5 still freezing after first picture

First of all, sorry for the late reply. It's been a very busy month, but I'm doing my best to catch up with everyone before the Christmas break! All Fuji problems should be solved with Firmware A3.1.4. Michird07 The problems you mention should all be solved with the setup instructions on our getting...

Re: Downloading gallery photos to images - small only?

When you shoot only RAW, you should have S, M and XL/F as download options. If you set the Default download size to XL/F, it will try to download that size, but that's not available, then it will try the next smaller size available - in your case from what I read, that would be M. I did notice that ...

Re: Battery draining not solved with new firmware update!

One more note: We know a few cases where Nikon cameras do "wake up" even while the camera is switched off, for example when the Lens is changed or the SD card is removed or added. To the Unleashed these wakeups are indistinguishable from the camera being turned on, so we make educated guesses about ...

Re: Battery draining not solved with new firmware update!

@PapaBear As I have written in your other threads: we're aware that some users are experiencing significant battery drain, but thousands of others are not. We cannot reproduce the problem, so it's impossible to work on. If you can offer any observation other than the fact that the battery is drained...

Re: FW still won’t update U22N2 device is useless

Hi Keltyinnty With the Unleashed showing ?.?.? for Firmware A, that means that either the firmware update did not actually work, or that there is something seriously wrong - we found a case where the Microcontroller A would produce so much internal traffic that nothing else would get through, not ev...

Re: Fuji X-T5 aperture control

Hi, We have fixed all the issues we know about with Fuji, so the old posts should no longer be relevant. Could you be more specific, and share some screenshots and photos? I just found this video to see if we missed something, and indeed: If you set your lens to A, you also need to define what "A" m...

Re: Holy Grail not working as expected

Hi Joe, I've split this post from the reviews, as that thread is only for adding links to reviews, not posting about problems you might have with the product. I'm sorry you feel this way, but we as well as a lot of customers will disagree with you! Great results have been achieved by many! We defini...
