Re: Nikon D3200 & N2 not playing nicely

Hi Liquidgoat, Sorry your mail is not yet answered. we were going to get it today or tomorrow. It's only 3 days old ;-) Don't worry, noone is judging: the D3200 can take awesome photos - the sensor is very capable, and depending on what you're shooting, the extra money is better invested in decent l...

Re: Huge battery drain after fw update

Hmm, 2 days sounds extremely fast - we haven't noticed that kind of a drain. But we'll look into it! We've already added additional power saving to the next firmware, but this was supposed to improve power consumption drastically even from version 1.0. Well check what changed going to version 1.2, t...

Re: Video on Leash

Hi, We shipped a small USB cable with your N2. That's the USB cable that the errormessage refers to. Here's how you plug it in: https://www.foolography.com/faqs/how-do-i-plug-it-in-correctly/ Now to the actual problem: Unfortunately, the socket that we connect to, does not allow directly pressing th...

Hi poorboy,

Please check the tutorial video:

Re: Problem with Unleashed N1 on D850/D800

Hi Anthony, we have an idea of where the problem might come from, and are preparing a beta firmware for you to test.

can you send me your appstore/playstore email to beta@foolography.com, so I can invite you to that update.

Greetings,

Re: Firmware Update failing

Sorry for the trouble. The most common problem with the firmware update is that the unleashed looses power and can't complete the firmware update. That's why we added the warning in the update screen for Canons: You have to keep the camera "awake" by holding the cameras shutterbutton half-pressed du...

Re: Huge battery drain after fw update

Hi rekros, thanks for the report, and sorry for the issue! We have also noticed a too high power drain, but to be honest did not notice it getting worse form v1.0 to 1.2. We are looking into power-saving possibilities and have already implemented quite a few for version 1.3. We'll have another look ...

Re: App display "cycles" with USB cable attached

Hi David do you maybe have another camera (canon or nikon) which fits just the usb plug? maybe with a Micro-Mini adapter or Micro-USB-C adapter? with the N1 plugged into the one camera, but the cable plugged into another, it could also work. Then we'd know if it's a camera (setting) issue, or rather...

Hi Pierre,

Thank you for that! That helps a lot and narrows down the cause of the error.

Our Android guys will look into it!
