Re: Holy Grail 24h needs a combined algorithm of sunset and sunrise.
Hi, it's on our to-do list, but not yet near the top, so I can not give you an estimate a the moment. What I personally do when I need to make such a change, is that I watch the interval clock for a while and keep count in my head for two or three intervals, then stop the currently running Holy grai...

Re: Entagged Syncing with multiple cameras
Hi Carlos, I just replied to your email, then saw your post here. Here's my reply: I just returned from a Business trip to Japan and China, and still have some catching up to do, sorry for the delay. Synchronisation only works when using a GotPhoto account. Both devices need to be logged in to the s...

Re: order of operations for holy grail milky way timelapse
The default ramping order for a sunset is Shutterspeed->Aperture->ISO. Please note that you always specify the ramping order for a sunset. For a sunrise it will actually use the reverse order! Your procedure sounds about right, with a few notes: First of all, as a developer, I like that you start yo...

Re: Unleashed '22 - for Sony, Fujifilm, Panasonic, Nikon and Canon now on Kickstarter + Huge App & Firmware Update 2.0.0
Exactly these two features are only available for the new Unleashed '22. - Flexible intervals - Motion control synchronisation (both methods: Unleashed sending move commands to MOCO via Bluetooth, as well as the Unleashed doing Holy grail calculations while the camera gets triggered by an external i...

Re: Unleashead and Syrp genie mini
Hi, I just returned from a business trip to Japan then China, hence the silence from me here. Sorry for the wait. So, the "workaround" does sound like the normal process, yes! One thing to note that's not entirely clear in the post is that after setting up a stop motion timelapse in the Syrp app, it...

Re: RAW+JPEG or RAW only especially for Holy Grail?
Hi, I just returned from a business trip to Japan then China, hence the silence from me here. Sorry for the wait. For post processing the final holy grail timelapse it's highly recommended to shoot in Raw. Some software won't even attempt to work with Jpgs. So for all intents and purposes, Raw is a ...

Re: Synchronize camera time with device
On some cameras, this is already possible. When you enable Geotagging, and go to the GPS/Location settings in the camera menu, there often is an option such as "Set clock from GPS time" I don't think this sets the correct timezone/DST info, but will set the UTC time correctly. by the way, regardless...

Re: Holy grail on EOS R not working
Hi, thanks for the report. We'll definitely look into it. The settings that I can see look fine. Could you show me the day limits too? The busy indicator flickers because the Unleashed reads the image to calculate the LRT value for the LRT Sunrise algorithm. Could you do a screen recording while you...

Re: Multiple Camera Shoots with Entagged
Hi Wesley, there's no issue at all with this, as each Entagged will have a unique pairing with a single scanner. It's just like your Bluetooth headphones don't suddenly connect to someone else's phone and you start hearing their music ;-) The only thing you need to watch out for is that two photogra...

Re: Nikon Z6ii no image review since FW 3.2.1 update
Oh, that's very cool! Thanks for sharing! Not many customers are willing to put a knife to their camera, but actually this solution will give even more stabilisation to the Unleashed, which probably sits flush on the rubber cover, right? So forces of bumping the Unleashed on something will transfer ...
