Re: Possibly bad USB-C cables shipped after 2020-12-23

Hi, 2 Things: 1) I just checked, and indeed, the D780 already had the same issue with buttons on the Camera being blocked! Interesting that you're the first customer to tell us this, or we could have fixed this a long time ago ;-) 2) About your firmware update issue: I will send you an email to get ...

Re: Support Canon D5 M IV with RRS L-Plate

We have many users with L-Brackets, but because there are so many types for so many different camera models, I can't give you precise compatibility information for each combination. Most L-Brackets have a cutout for the ports, and because the Unleashed is so small, chances are high that it will just...

Re: L-Cage compatible

Danke für den Bericht! Gut zu wissen. I'll translate: I removed the rubber cover from my Z6. It's actually quite simple. With small, flat pliers (needle nose), grab the rubber pin, and pull out slowly. I had no problem. It's also possible to re-insert. Just put a small (1.5mm) flat-head screwdriver ...

Re: L-Cage compatible

Thanks! If you want to make it even neater: The Unleashed's casing is bevelled on the back. While this was designed to allow you to grip it a little better to be able to pull it out of the camera, it also means that there's a little extra space which is just enough for the cable. So either before at...

Re: Possibly bad USB-C cables shipped after 2020-12-23

The "newer" cameras Andy mentioned are only the Z6 II and Z7 II (until now). If you have iOS, you're welcome to join our Beta to test the latest firmware.

Re: Minimum 2 Second Interval?

Sorry, you'll just need to be patient. The issue you're talking about is most likely an android app issue. But even without trying to address that, your request won't be possible - the only reason we need to wait for an Android app update is for the Android app to become compatible with all our chan...

Re: L-Cage compatible

I'm glad to hear it! Post a photo here when you have the chance. You might get away with only opening the bottom section of the rubber cover - especially if you're only/mainly using the Unleashed's features that don't require the cable. Otherwise, you might be able to tuck the whole cover away betwe...

Re: Minimum 2 Second Interval?

Since you're on iOS, you're very welcome to join the beta: https://www.foolography.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=928 We can't yet promise a release date for the final version of this firmware, as we're still beta-testing. Also, our Android app still needs to do some catching up with iOS before ...

Re: L-Cage compatible

I can't guarantee it, since we haven't actually tested it, but from the photos it looks like the Unleashed will fit right into that cutout.
