Re: 0.5 sec interval for timelapse

Hi Andy, Thanks for the input. but unfortunately on Canon we haven’t been able to reliably trigger the camera on intervals shorter than 1,5 seconds via USB. All of the devices that I had been played with don't use the usb cable, but just the pure trigger cable. That may explain the differences. I’m ...

0.5 sec interval for timelapse

Hi Oliver, We had been talked about lifting up the 1 second interval restriction for about 6 months. But when I was exited to test the beta, we still have the same restriction. It's not even allowed an 1 second interval, not to mention 0.5 sec, IMG_4765.PNG My LRTimelapse pro timer allows me to set ...

Re: 0.5 sec interval timelapse?

Did a little research. LRTimelapse Pro 2.5 has the intervals from 0.3 secs* – 120 min *) For cameras which do not require the AF signal to be sent before the shutter release. "By default the minimum shutter time will be calculated as (Shutter_Release_Time + AF_Time + 50ms) rounded up to the next 100...

0.5 sec interval timelapse?

Hello Oliver, Do you think it's possible to have a 0.5 sec interval in timelapse mode (no auto ramping)? The minimum interval I can set in my 5d4 is one second thru the interval intervalometer. I wonder if UNLEASHED can overcome this camera limit. I had several moonrise time lapses with a large zoom...

Re: Exposure adjustment in auto ramping

I appreciated your detailed explanation! A lot of information to digest. First It's glad to know the initial image exposure settings will affect the entire sequence for the LRT algorisms. On the other hand, the initial image EV settings wont affect the entire sequence for the EV24h algorism. For now...

Exposure adjustment in auto ramping

Hi there, If I want the exposure to be 1 stop lower during the entire timelapse sequence with auto ramping. How can I achieve that? Can I just set the initial exposure 1 stop lower? Will unleased consider the initial settings and make all the following shots 1 stop lower? What is the Auto Ramping Ad...

Re: Possible to Allow 1s interval for time lapse?

Thanks Oliver. I did experience some auto ramping issues when the interval and shutter speed is too close to each other with my Canon 5d4. I set the interval to 18 sec and night shutter limit to 15 sec with the modified lrt day to night algorism beta auto ramp. I noticed that right after the iso was...

Re: Possible to Allow 1s interval for time lapse?

@marshall Thanks for the report! You're only the second customer that has even noticed! We're planning on loosening this restriction, to make it a warning instead of a blocking error. it's a small app issue - the firmware can already handle this! I guess our internal calculation of 1/1000s rounds t...

Re: Interval ramping

Hey Andy/Oliver,

Could you guys help provide an ETA for this feature so that I can make a decision on which device to buy.

Thank you!
