Re: Entagged scanning issue
Hi We've never seen this or heard of this issue from any previous customers. It does sound very odd, and to be honest, I can't think of anything in our firmware that might even make this possible. We always overwrite any old barcode data whenever new data comes in, so our firmware doesn't know anyth...

Re: Erster Holy Grail Test

Also: The Unleasheds are never connected to each other, they all just connect to the app.
So: no.

Re: Support issues
Hi Malcolm,
Sorry about that - my mistake (miscommunication between me and our support team). We'll send you a new Unleashed this week. I'll reply to your email with details.

Re: Is it possible to have dual firmware versions in the Unleashed?
Hi, I didn't know that the upcoming version breaks compatibility. That is a problem indeed. To me this comes a bit as a surprise, because the BT interface doesn't change much (I assume), but the communication over the BT can change due to other commands between different designs. I was assuming that...

Re: Android 11 Support
Haha, so you have learned from your Android 10 experience? ;-)
I'll check with our Android developer if we've done any quick tests, but we have not done any formal testing, no. Thanks for the Heads up

Re: Follow the leader feature in combined camera setup?
Hi,
no, the hot-shoe does not provide that info. In some cases (but also not all) it does provide the info when the shutter opens (which can be very different from the time of a full press). It also doesn't provide power.

Re: Interval ramping
Hey guys thanks for all the info about our competitors as well ;-) This feature has actually been on our todo-list for quite some time. The implementation in Firmware would actually not be that hard to do, but we're still figuring out a UI that will give you all the options an expert might need, wit...

Hi Dave,
I'm really sorry about that. I'll check with my colleagues why you haven't heard back from us.
