The Unleashed not finding the Syrp is usually an issue with the Name of the Syrp device. The Unleashed only searches for devices whose name starts with "Syrp". You can rename the device in the Syrp app.

You can usually get Firmware updates for Sigma lenses to fix such incompatibility issues, but you'll need the device to carry out the update!

If your camera's USB mode is set to "Automatic on connect", then the Unleashed can't detect that it is not set correctly, and the app won't be able to show the popup with the instructions.
