Re: Canon 850D

Hi, Unfortunately, neither the Unleashed C1 nor the C2 fit the 850D directly. Yes, it does have a micro USB port, but unfortunately, the orientation of the USB port is different to the hdmi port, and our Unleashed C1 is designed with both plugs in the same orientation. It is however possible to use ...

Re: New N1 not connecting and getting very hot.

Hi
I've replied to your emails, and asked my colleague to send you RMA info and a new unit! Getting hot quick is a clear sign something's not right!

Sorry for the trouble!

Re: Feedback from the camera after pushing the shutterbutton in the App

We decided to use the newer iPhone's so called taptic feedback whenever the shutter opened or closed, or both - I'm not sure. Basically whenever you see the yellow ring around the shutterbutton in the app. This is only available in newer Nikons and medium to higher end Canons. The taptic feedback on...

Re: Wish: Would it be possible to create a GPX file

Hi Richt, at the moment, neither the app, nor the Unleashed will save any location data. We pass it all straight to the camera, which saves it the moment you take a photo. (Well, OK, we do save the last known location for 30minutes in the Unleashed in case we don't get updated locations for a while)...

Re: Separation between listing Unleasheds with different (running) modes

Well, the Unleasheds are never in any "mode" - only the app is, so this won't really work. However, the the Unleashed/camera might be "currently taking a photo" or "currently recording a video" or "currently shooting a timelapse/autoramp". In these cases, we already have something along these lines ...

Re: Trigger announcement in the App

yes, of course you can also start a timelapse with just two photos, the interval being your delay. You'll have one photo right when you press the trigger, and another at exactly your delay.

Re: New N1 not working with D850 or D810

Hmm, that's odd. Sorry for the trouble! We do shortly "half-press" the trigger when you plug it in, to check for the availability of various protocols, but that's for less than a second. After that, you should not see that anymore. It certainly looks like it's a hardware issue - even though we test ...

Re: Trigger announcement in the App

Well, the Unleashed does already support delayed triggering if you set the drivemode to self-timer!

The Unleashed taking care of that (with finegrained control) is on the wish-list, not on the todo-list.

Re: Wish: The user manual (LED color meanings)

As I mentioned before, While possible, this would be a HUGE (therefore expensive) change in Firmware and both Apps, for a very very very small target group! The fewest of our customers use more than one Unleashed, and even fewer have more than one of the same camera, and even fewer of that sub-group...

Re: Wish: The user manual (LED color meanings)

btw @unfoolishly: the blink every 10m that you're suggesting could quite possibly use more power than the Bluetooth connection staying on, as we've discussed before - the LED uses a lot more power than BLE! Also, to answer one more question I saw somewhere in your many many words: the "red and green...
