Re: Pixel-Shift / High-Resolution
Sorry for never acknowledging this! That's really good to hear that that works! We really can't test all these special features individual cameras might have, so thanks for this info and the confirmation that it works. The Holy grail algorithms will try to make adjustments as soon as the first shot ...

Re: Sony A7RIV Holy Grail Not Working
Hi Jon, here's the followup I promised. I've not deleted your posts, I have merged them into this one thread. It's very difficult to keep track of issues people might have, if they are spread over multiple threads. It gets worse if you also write emails, Kickstarter/Indiegogo comments/messages. I un...

Re: Pictures not geotagged
First of all, sorry for the late reply. It's been a very busy month, but I'm doing my best to catch up with everyone before the Christmas break! Hmm, this is odd, it's working very well with our Sony A7 IV. Are you sure you are following the instructions in the Sheet popping up in the App exactly? T...

Re: Can't "pair additional accessories" to Sony A6700
First of all, sorry for the late reply. It's been a very busy month, but I'm doing my best to catch up with everyone before the Christmas break! Could you please clarify what you're trying to achieve and where? Are you trying to set up geotagging on your camera? If so, and you're having trouble, ple...

Re: Focus Bracketing on Canon R6 Mk II?
First of all, sorry for the late reply. It's been a very busy month, but I'm doing my best to catch up with everyone before the Christmas break! We made a change in a recent firmware update (3.1.4) that should improve bracketing for almost all cameras. Could you try if you're still experiencing the ...

Re: Holy Grail is not working with Fuji XT5
First of all, sorry for the late reply. It's been a very busy month, but I'm doing my best to catch up with everyone before the Christmas break! I'm not sure if we continued this conversation via email, so I won't go into detail. But we fixed all known issues for Fuji with Firmware 3.1.4 about a wee...

Re: Downloading gallery photos to images - small only?
When you shoot only RAW, you should have S, M and XL/F as download options. If you set the Default download size to XL/F, it will try to download that size, but that's not available, then it will try the next smaller size available - in your case from what I read, that would be M. I did notice that ...

Re: Battery draining not solved with new firmware update!
One more note: We know a few cases where Nikon cameras do "wake up" even while the camera is switched off, for example when the Lens is changed or the SD card is removed or added. To the Unleashed these wakeups are indistinguishable from the camera being turned on, so we make educated guesses about ...
