Unable to record second video using N1 and Nikon D850

I am using Unleashed N1 with Nikon D850 and Andoid Unleashed app version 1.3.10.
I can take photos with the app, and I can take a single video. After I take a video the video settings do not appear to work. The flashing video red light in top right of video control of app keeps flashing red and using the video button only takes still photos, the camera does not change to Live View to take the video. Turning the bluetooth connection off and on in the app and turning the camera off and on has no affect. I have to unplug the N1 and turn my phone off and on to get the video to work again.
