Probléme de mise à jour du Canon 5DMk2 avec Unleashed C2 2.0

Bonjour,

mise à jour s'est bloque (en fin du firmware B il me semble). Le module ne se connecte plus et je reste bloquer sur le bouton "Reboot Unleashed".
Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

Hi, did you half-press the Shutterbutton during the update as described in the app? If you don't, the Unleashed loses power and the update cannot complete.
However, you should be able to restart the update after such a failure.
You could try deleting the app and re-installing it.

Bonsoir Olivier,
j'ai supprimé l'APP et vidé les caches mémoires. Puis recommencé la procédure (deux fois).
Mon OnePlus 6T (Android 11) reconnait bien le module. Cependant, les led du module ne s'allument pas...
le "Reboot Unleashed" ne se fait toujours pas.

J'ai ré-essayé avec la dernière version Bêta , sans résultat : je reste bloqué sur le bouton "Reboot Unleashed".
Y a t il une autre solution ?
I tried again with the last Beta version, without result: I get stuck on the "Reboot Unleashed" button.
Is there another solution ?

Hi,
Yes! we found your issue yesterday.
The problem is that you had a very very old firmware on your device (1.2.x or less - from 2018 or early 2019). These versions had a slightly different API for the firmware version transmission to the app, and the latest Android app did not take care of this, and as it can't check the current version it is unable to decide whether to tell you to update or not.
We've already implemented a fix, but it will take until next week to publish. If you want to use your Unleashed faster, you could do the firmware update with an iOS device (from a friend or family member). Then you'll be able to use the Unleashed with your Android phone after the update.

Hi,
sorry it took so long, we had to postpone the update a few times, because we kept finding more bugs during our testing phases.
The updates are released for Android and iOS now, which will contain the fix for your issue.

I uninstalled and then reinstalled the application, but nothing changes. The "Reboot" button remains inactive ...
