IPad connects but new iPhone will not pair [solved - only 1 connection at a time]

I have pairing with iPad but new iPhone will not find my unleashed. It is on camera, camera is on and I can see green light on Unleashed. I deleted app on phone and reinstalled, turn phone off and on. Can the Unleashed be run on two devices? Is that the problem?

Hi Amesda,
You can't be connected with two devices at the same time.
you can pair the Unleashed with both devices if you want, but only one can connect at a time.
If the LED is turquoise, then it's already connected to a device and won't allow another connection.
So you first have to disable it in the iPad to be able to pair & connect on the iPhone:
Menu -> Unleashed with gear icon
toggle the switch to the right of your Unleashed displayed at the top. then it will disconnect and you can pair on your iPhone.
