Confused about bracketing - Sony A1

Using Sony A1 with Unleashed '22. No matter what priority I set (e.g., Tv -> Av -> ISO vs. ISO -> Tv -> Av, etc.) the system seems to always bracket the ISO. It does change it by the correct number of steps and in the correct order, but it seems I should be able to ramp whichever parameter I choose in the order I choose within the limits set in the app. Not sure if this is a bug or if I have some setting wrong.
