Error 70 on Canon EOS 60D [edit: + 550D] [solved]

We tested as good as we can. But there will always be things we didn't find. If you found things that apparently don't work as they should, you can report them here so we can take care of them as soon as possible.

@TheRealTimeYoung: The issue will be fixed soon through a firmware update. You will have to keep the Unleashed app up-to-date and using the app you will be able to update and upgrade the Unleashed itself. But first, we need to find and fix the issue.

So obviously I have the same issue on my 60D, but, pardon me for asking, you didn't try with all camera models that the device was working properly?

I'm sure you'll figure it out, the app looks great and the device is really small, which is awesome. I just need it to work now :)

We tried as many cameras as we could get our hands on, and tried to make sure to include cameras of as many ages (from old to new) and all levels (from entry-level to pro DSLRs). And yeah, this did cause a few of our delays - But no, we did not have the 550D or 60D or the 5Dmk2. Luckily we added the possibility to update the firmware easily from the app, right? ;-)

I was a bit disappointed that I received error code 70 after plugging in my recently received C2 unit
I hope you can soon fix it

Another user reported the same issue on the 7D. We'll test (&fix) asap.

Do you need a 60D for test?
You can get mine for a free Unleashed C2 and refunding my Unleashed C2.

Hi Arvi89,

We haven't released any updates yet, that's why you can't find the option. When we release an update, it will be in the Unleashed menu: you go to your Unleasheds, tap on the Unleashed you want to update and you will find the update there. But as I said, there's nothing there yet.
