I've got the same issue on my 600D (firmware 1.0.0)

I have the same issue as the other Canon 5D Mark II users have reported. Canon firmware 2.1.2 with Unleashed C2 serial number 1664. The app pairs with the C2 but there is no functionality. Screenshot below.

We got our hands on a Canon 6D Mark II today and found a "bug" that very likely is affecting the camera models in this thread.

The problem is that Canon is not adhering to the USB standard in some cases, but we implemented a workaround and the 6D Mark II is working nicely now :)
I'm looking forward to submitting the update and hopefully seeing all the problems with these Canon cameras fixed!

That sounds great Andy. Assuming the fix works will it be possible to apply the fix to all of the C2s already shipped?

Yes, the Unleashed supports over-the-air updates through the app. I hope we can publish a beta this week. If you're interested in participating, you should register to our beta program!

Just FYI: the iOS Beta has started, and first feedback is in:
5Dmk2, 6Dmk2 and 550D are already confirmed working.

Android Beta will roll out in the course of the next week.

Hallo,

könnt ihr schon sagen, wie weit der Release des Updates im App-Store (Apple) noch entfernt ist?
Ich weiß es gibt das Beta-Programm - aber wenn es nicht mehr allzu lange dauert, würde ich auch auf das offizielle Update warten.
