Got my N1 back today without comment.
Same behaviour then before!

USB not active

What am I missing here?

Oh no,
I'm sorry.
We'll send you a new cable today - we did test the Unleashed here, and it showed no problems.

can you test your Camera's USB port? ie use some software to tether the camera?

New cables were shipped to you today. We added one for your D3 as well. Let me know if it works!

Thanks, just got the two cables.

Sorry to say...the app still shows on both cameras (D800+D3) the same....USB is not active

I still suspect the N1, for me only possible point of failure...

Edit: To eliminate software issues on my iPhone 6+ (iOS 12.4.7) I also reinstalled the app...to no avail!

The new N1 just arrived and ...Problem solved!
Worked straight with my "old" cable!

Big Thankyou to Foolography to replace a kickstarter N1 ( I know what that means...no buy, no warranty) after 19 months!

What should I send back to you? old N1+MicroCable you sent to me?

You can just send it as a letter in a padded envelope, no need for packaging or DHL - it's broken anyway ;-)
