Hello,
Now I saw that there was a small text between screenshots.
I repeated the procedure (it is starting listening to notification and the rewriting code 20).
Unleasehd immediately disconnects once doing so, but the issue is still there.

It is unleashed app on android is not able to connect to dongle.
Any idea what the next step should be?
Thanks
Marcin

Just to make sure, this "20" is in hexagonal format?

Yes 20 in hex format.

After writing 20 the Unleashed should disconnect immediately and it should now appear as just “Unleashed” in your list, not Unleashed boot anymore. It also shouldn’t be red anymore.

Hi Andy (and thanks a lot for a support at this late hour).

It is unfortunately not working. The dongle disconnects immediately, but it comes up again as unleashed boot. I repeated the action a few times, with the same effect at the end. And the dongle still flashes red. It stays on for about 1-2 minutes, then disconnects (no lights for about 1 minute) and flashes up again.

That’s very weird. Does it go back to red immediately or does it take a few seconds?

The good news is that as long as your Unleashed is in that red state it can still be recovered via a firmware update. We are trying to publish a beta version before Christmas.

Hi,
During connection to lightblue the diode is lighting blue.
Once I click on this re-write/done button, the light goes off for exactly 47 seconds. Then the red light show up and stays for 2 minutes, then again it goes off for 47 seconds, and so on....

Can you tell me the numbers you see in the third and last items in the list? You should see something like 0x010400000104000001040000 in the third one (not exactly, I don’t know the number by heart) and something else in the last one

Ok that behavior you’re describing means that you’re Unleashed is crashing for some reason I don’t know :/

We are not aware of any issues like this in the published firmware. Do you have the USB cable plugged in? If you do, can you please remove it and try the 20 thing again?

I had my cable plugged inn.
I repeated the procedure after unplugging the cable. The outcome is the same. The dongle goes dark for 47 seconds and then lights up red for 2 minutes.
