Nothing works. (D5100 & Android)

We tested as good as we can. But there will always be things we didn't find. If you found things that apparently don't work as they should, you can report them here so we can take care of them as soon as possible.

Hello,

I hope someone can help me.
I've got my Unleashed N2 for my Nikon D5100 and i was hyped about it.
Unfortuantly nothing works like it should be.
My device wont connect to the N2, it only pairs to it but then there is that red dot besides the name no matter what i try.
My Dad tried it on his iPhone and it connects...but he can't use any features; No photo review, no ISO settings etc.

Maybe someone has similar problems and can help

Sorry for the trouble.
I imagine You have the typical android issue where the Bluetooth stack is giving us trouble. The remedies are:
- Turn on Flight mode, then turn it off again 10s later or so
- Clear Bluetooth Cache (In the system settings)
- Clear App cache
- Delete and reinstall App
- restart phone.

Usually the first step is enough, but if not, you can try the rest of them too.

About the test with the iPhone: you'll have to give us more details.
if you tap on one of the greyed out settings, you see an errormessage in the bottom, this should tell you why a setting is greyed out. (eg Camera is off, USB cable is disconnected, etc.)

You can send us a screenshot so we can help you better.
