Bracketing

I am having difficulty setting up my bracketing sequence on a Nikon D850. The device is registered on my iPhone but the settings will not take. I am trying to do a sequence of 7 shots, 2/3 stop intervals, starting at 1/500 & fixed at f8. The bracketing is accomplished by adjusting the speed of the shot. Any help would be appreciated. I also support the request for a pdf user manual. Thanks in advance ...
