Hi, Any Entagged users?
My organization purchased one in May, and on top of it not reliably turning on, we have yet to send codes from the phone to the camera successfully. We've gone through several troubleshooting steps with Foolography support, and then they stopped emailing us. Do you have any tips on getting help from the company?
We're willing to try more troubleshooting, but we might have a defective device. Has anyone had any luck with the return request form?
We submitted one over a week ago and are still awaiting a response. :/
