Long Exposure disabled

When I use the app, the long exposure is disabled, when I tap on it it says that the camera is shooting - even though it is not. What gives?

Hmm, interesting.

It's correct that the Long Exposure Setting should be disabled, but that's obviously the wrong errorcode bing applied by the Firmware.
Normally, the Errormessage would tell you the following:
To use Long Exposure, you need to change to Manual Mode and set the Shutterspeed to BULB. Then the Long Exposure setting becomes available.

Can you tell us which Firmware Version your Unleashed has?

Been out of town, so delayed response.

It is running A 1.4.0, B 1.4.2, C 1.3.0

Timelapse and Drive Mode is also not accessible. The same error shows up there,

One thing to note is I am running on iOS 13. Have the Unleashed been tested on iOS 13?

The support from this new start-up company is woeful.

Surely someone should attend to messages from users at least one in 24 hours. Great products should have first-class support.

We released an updated app a bit over a week ago, with some iOS 13 related updates.
Although I must say, your issue looks like a hardware problem that we've seen a couple of times.

could you try the latest iOS app, which also comes with a new firmware update, and let me know if things have improved? if not, please send us a short email with your shipping address to support@foolography.com, and we'll send you a replacement Unleashed and give you some RMA instructions.
