We ship worldwide from Berlin, Germany, with Deutsche Post, DHL and FedEx.

Within in Germany we ship with DHL (1-3 days).

Outside of Germany we ship with Deutsche Post (postal service) which, in Europe, might take up to a week, everywhere else up to 14-21 days. You will receive a tracking number from us that you can use on your national postal tracking site.

For some countries (most notably the US) FedEx is the only option (1-7 days worldwide) since regular shipping was either suspended takes a lot longer now (around one month). You will automatically receive notice from FedEx once your order is sent and can check the tracking progress on their site.

Please note that at the moment we ship about once a week, so the actual time from placing the order to shipment may vary.
