We are a small hybrid (remote and in-office) team so we ship about once a week, so the actual time from placing the order to shipment may vary.

We ship worldwide from Berlin, Germany, with Deutsche Post, DHL and FedEx.

Within in Germany we ship with DHL (1-3 days).

Outside of Germany we ship with Deutsche Post (postal service) which, in Europe, might take up to a week, everywhere else up to 14-21 days. You will receive a tracking number from us that you can use to track your order on your national postal tracking site.

For some countries FedEx is the only option (1-5 days worldwide). You will automatically receive notice from FedEx once your order is sent and can check the tracking progress on their site.
