Do I need to scan a barcode every single time a take a photo?

Is the barcode data safely stored?
Yes, the barcodes are embedded in the photos’ metadata, JPG or RAW. So unless you delete the photo, or intentionally strip the metadata, the barcode will remain with the photo! Read more…
