All of our Barcode Editions come pre-paired and are tested before they get sent to you. That means they work Plug’n’Play and do not need a special pairing procedure. Even though there might be a very small chance the devices are not working properly, please check the following points and retry using the Barcode Edition:
- Your Barcode Edition Bluetooth module is plugged in the right way – be careful to not have it plugged in upside down.
- The camera as well as the scanner is turned on.
- You haven’t mixed up barcode scanners from other Barcode Edition bundles you purchased.
- The scanner you use is bought from us and is the correct bundle partner of the Barcode Edition Bluetooth module you want to use it with.
