Even though there might be a very small chance the devices are not working properly, please check the following points and retry using the Barcode Edition: 1. Your Barcode Edition Bluetooth module is plugged in the right way – be careful to not have it plugged in upside down. 2. The camera as well as the scanner is turned on. 3. You haven’t mixed up barcode scanners from other Barcode Edition bundles you purchased. 4. The scanner you use is bought from us and is the correct bundle partner of the Barcode Edition Bluetooth module you want to use it with.
